MoreĬurve is an open area concept bar situated below the River Rock’s signature curved escalator – hence the name! Often a favourite destination for drinks or snacks just before a show, Curve offers patrons a casual setting with an intimate, sophisticated ambiance. The food sat there getting cold for 5 minutes before a waiter finally came over and served it. A party of six was brought their food on a tray, but the tray was just left beside the table. The waiters and bartender spent time trying to figure out where the drinks go, and then we observed the bartender having to sample one of the drinks with a straw because no one could tell which was the nonalcoholic drink. We observed a tray of drinks go out, then brought back because they were the wrong order. There were at least 5 servers, but they were all wandering around or hovering at the bar.

There were about 8 seated tables in the whole place, so it was not very crowded. We left after 10 minutes, seeing how disorganized the staff was. It took forever to be seated, and then no one ever came up to us again. The second time we went was at 6:30pm Monday night for dinner. Even though I didn't want alcohol, how could they turn away a profit maker like that? As a casino resort, I find it strange that alcohol is not served 24/7. away because 'We don't serve alcohol until 11am'. When I approached the bar, I was immediately turned. The first time it was 10am on a Monday morning and I wanted some iced tea. My husband and I went to Curve restaurant 2x during our stay, and stayed less then 10 minutes each time.
